Does anyone have this info? IIRC, when empty my truck weighs about 3 or 3.1k lbs on the scale at the dump. I'm wondering what percentage of the 3k is on the front tires vs. the rear.
I'm asking because it may be a while before my driving takes me past a scale house.

Re: F/R weight Bias of 720 Pickup?
The time I recalled the truck was 3 yrs ago. I roughly recalled the 50-50% weight pivot occurs few inches rear from the door hinge point.moose60 wrote: I'm wondering what percentage of the 3k is on the front tires vs. the rear.
There have been heavy scales a few miles. This bed weighs enough by 1000 lbs and ... for a couple of good reasons. I'd have to go check at a scale for the F/R axle (wt curb truck) weights now. Due you need that check?
(...later today )
My 720KC scaled (incl me at 140 lbs) at scale-on:
Front: 1760 lbs
Rear: 1230 lbs
Total curb (full tank and me): 3040 lb
Here's was a Honda ST1100 (780 lbs curb + 360 lb mens) and Yamaha 200 (325 lb est).

Well, I went to the dump today. With me and 2/3 tank of fuel, I weighed 3100# on the way out, with 1380# on the rear axle which is about 45% of the total weight on the rear axle. I entered at 3560#, with 1900# on the rear, which is about 53%. These figures include a fiberglass canopy/topper/cap. It probably weighs 60-80#.
