Just did an outer tie rod end and idler arm on my D21. Nissan still lists and stocks the replacement bushings and the seals.
Nissan Part #'s are 48544-01G00 for the bushings and 48587-01G00 for the seals. These were $28.00 Ca. for the set.
There was a TRW replacement part for the idler arm and it was $160.00.
The tie rod end was a Moog part # ES3052. It was $50.00.
The idler arm rebuild was really easy to do and took about 20 minutes. It took longer to seperate the center link from the idler than it did to change out the bushings.
The outer tie rod that I changed was still the OE part. The drivers side one had been changed a number of years ago. I had the truck re-aligned and all the other componants are still good. They are all still the OE, non greasable ones. The upper and lower ball joints are also all still OE, and are greaseable.

Problem with being retired is that you never get a day off.
