I had a question could you take the boost compensator device and its necessary accessories off an SD33-T injection pump and mount it on an SD25 injection pump for being able to turn it into a suitable injection pump for turbocharging the engine? Thanks for any advice.

I think the SD25 uses a VE-style pump, not an Inline; therefore, the SD33T parts would not fit the IP.

For SD25, we have photos of both VE and inline pumps.

So, if you can find an SD25-calibrated IP that is also an Inline IP, perhaps the SD33T's boost compensation bits could be grafted on.

Maybe.

Hi Zen,

Sorry I know this is a very old thread but I am very curious about your Turbo'ed SD33! I am looking into doing the same on mine. Like you, I cannot find ANY SD33T parts as I am in Ireland. Can you please tell me what make/model of turbo you used?

Thanks!

Vinny
