I never really known the real reason behind spring sag and factors that increase and slow it down. All I really understood was that I shouldn't load them too much or they would look like my maxima 7 months ago before I replaced the springs. What are some factors that really increase the rate that springs sag?
Is there too much flexing from miles of driving, or overloading, or just throwing too much garbage in the trunk? I kinda wanna know, even though spring sag has never affected me until I owned the max, but i'm curious and it comes into mind whenever I drive any car with coil springs.
