What Nissan diesel pickup / engine do I have (South African)?

I just recently bought this off of a South African couple who have been traveling the world in this sweet Nissan pickup with a camper.
I am retaining the camper and frame to build a tow-able camper.
I have no idea what it is, please inform/educate.

I can't tell what vehicle you have from an open hood picture. Post up a side view of the vehicle and somebody will recognize it. Sorry, as far as the motor, I'm not familiar with any newer Nissan motors.

Just saw this. I have no clue as the intake is not familiar to me. Would be interested in seeing some more pictures of it and the truck too.
Is there a tag under the good someplace?
What year and model is the truck?
