Battery Issue

There are lots of batteries out there that still have 12 - 13 V in them but no capacity to deliver any amperage. A voltage tester will tell you if your charging system is working and delivering voltage ( and hopefully amperage at the same time ) to the battery when the vehicle is running. A load test of the battery will eliminate a lot of the guess work.

Normally, I'd blame the alternator . . .
Disconnect the two fusible links at the positive battery terminal. Still > 20ma draw? Disconnect the fuses as Rufus suggested. Then the IPC module on the left fenderwell. Gotta be one of those.
