Should I save this diesel maxima?
Stopped by the local wrecking yard today and saw a 85 maxima with a diesel motor in it. looks like its all there. Is this worth saving or should i pull the valuable parts off of it?

You could get up to $900-1000 for a complete running LD28 engine and $200-300 for the transmission.

You should start a new thread. What you did is called highjackingantonroland wrote:Hello Folks
What are the chances of finding parts for the LD28?
I am in desperate need of a good second hand starter motor? Anyone who can point me in the right direction?
Much appreciated!
Anyway, I bought a starter in a parts store called "Parts4less" for $149.00 with Lifetime Warranty.
