Y si....... despues de darle vueltas me decidi el tema es mantener la potencia sobre todo en altura arriba de los 2500 msm la chata humea las egt se van a la miercoles y se siente la merma de potencia, obvio los 95 cv no sobran para llevar los kilitos de la gorda asi que me decidi. La idea es no aumentar el caudal yo la chata la tensgo supermonitoreada en cuanto a la temp en la camara de combustion y esto es fundamental para no romper nada.

El Ld 28 es similar al RD 28 que viene en su version turbo e intercooler, solo cambia la tapa de cilindros y 1 mm mas de perno de piston por manual el turbo del rd 28 esta en 1 kg y mantiene la misma relacion de compresion 22 a 1.

Asi que busque cual es el turbo que tiene el RD 28 y es el garret 1752 es el mismo turbo de la ducato,boxer,jumper 2.8 solo cambia la aplicacion del turbo que no es ni mas ni menos que la ubicacion de las caracolas y la entrada/salida de aceite .
Tambien le voy a poner un intercooler de Ranger 2.8 no buscando mas potencia sino mas fiabilidad.

Trate de hacer todo yo lo posible para mantener los costos lo mas bajo posible si la cosa no funciona o se termina rompiendo algo no va a ser tan duro el coscorron la otra opcion es cambiar el motor por algo mas potente y ahi si los numeros se disparan y en forma

Primero hay que hacer lugar no queria poner el Ic por delante del radiador asi que baje un poco el radiador (no mucho para que no interfiera con el del aire que esta abajo ) pero corte toda la trompa..

quedo igual voy a reformar el radiador para ponerle mas filas este es de 3 y voy por uno de 5

El desafio era poner el turbo originalmente en los motores nafteros que tienen este mismo multiple va una especie de J no me gustaba y hacer un multiple es algo que analize con Daniel (el Galle) pero el multiple de escape y el de admision "encastran" uno en otro ponerlo a continuacion del multiple quedaba muy abajo y garret recomienda que este por arriba del nivel del carter, asi que a fabricar la J

La entrada de aire y salida del IC va hecha en caño de acero inoxidable

Y tambien la salida del escape bastante dificil porque esta al lado de la caja de direccion los caños del aire acc....todo junto

Gracias por la actualización de su progreso. He intentado ver el video adjunto en You Tube pero no jugará aquí en Canadá por alguna razón. Hiciste un buen trabajo poniendo todo eso bajo el capó, e incluso usaste la rejilla original para que el intercooler se oculte detrás de él. Me hubiera gustado ver el video sin embargo.

Thanks for the update on your progress. I tried to watch the attached video on You Tube but it will not play here in Canada for some reason. You did a very nice job putting all that under the hood, and even used the original grille so the intercooler is hidden behind it. I would have liked to watch the video though.

As you can tell I am using Google translate again to post a message.

700 grams of pressure, the nissan rd 28 turbo works in 1 kilogram but has oil injectors in the piston and the piston pin is 1 millimeter larger, with the same compression ratio of our LD. I want to keep the egt below the 600 degree celcius.
