Tranny Time!!

I just pulled the transmission today because it appeared to be leaking and nosiy in all gears except 4th, when I removed the drain plug, a ball bearing fell out and bearing parts, found that the center counterbalance was missing bearings and the main front bearing was missing one too, thanks for the collection of tranny posts, they really help me to decide to
check it myself instead of just swapping, guess we'll see how it
goes, fortunately the gears aren't in bad shape, I just ordered the bearing kit from drivetrain.com :)

Well replaced all the bearings last week, had to go to transmission shop to remove the main gear from the main shaft, they removed main bearing and gear, for 25$ fortunetly the gears were not in too bad a shape, seems to work good, filled trans with fluid ran it for a while, then replaced fluid again just to be sure, big difference with the new bearings!
