maxima manual conversion and other parts needed

Hey im looking to convert my datsun 1981 810 maxima sedan from a 3 speed automatic to a 5 speed manual. Im looking for the following; Clutch pedal assembly, flywheel, spacer plate, driveline. If you have the following parts. Possibly a cheap 5 speed in the Portland Area. I will pay via paypal or other methods of payment needed. Will pay shipping etc.

Interior pieces; I have blue interior the back seats are toasted. Does anyone have any back seats they would like to sell me?

Exterior pieces: Trunk panel is quiet beat up. If anyone has a spare one for a sedan let me know.
