I'm new here and was searching for info on putting a diesel in my hardbody. I've read a little around here and it seems that I cant keep my existing auto tranny. What would be the best swap into this 88 truck? is there an existing engine tranny combo that could still mate to my TX10 transfer case? (special gears and all in the T case) I have a v6 in there now and would love as much power as possible. I thought about going cummins 4BT and doing the t case gears again but that would not be very Nissan of me!!!
