Finding 'modern' replacement for SD23 in Europe: TD25?

Hi,
Have a great little 720, engine drinks more oil then diesel and I intend to swap it for a newer/better one. I can't find SD23's easy over here, a complete overhaul seems a bit costly, so I figured to look for something more recent.
Maybe a TD25?
Anything that bolts straight in?
