just bought a 84 that runs good.
no reverse in the automatic.
any ideas?
any other model nissan trannys fit the diesel?
would love a standard.

Can't you switch the front section of the trannys to get a gasser to fit the diesel?

cd has the same pattern as CA.but most nissan FWD auto are similar.

a basic CA engine will have a cable operated trans control same as diesel.

just finding a compatible trans with the same diff ratio etc.
