International scout diesel - $3200

This is a 77-scout traveler with a 6-cylinder Nissan diesel SD33 NA, and automatic transmission 4x4.
The bad:
No reverse (have an other trany with transfer case, I also have a rebuild kit for it)
Rust on usual scout paces, but I have a parts truck that has good sheet metal for peaches.
Seats are torn, have seat covers, or a set of Cadillac seats if wanted.
Good:
Rally wheels with good tires
Recored radiator.
Removable hard top, also half top (terra).
Extra doors.
Newer battery and glow plugs
I bought this truck last summer from a guy whose family owned it since it was first bought new from Bizio Motors. It was my daily driver until May when the trany went out, I was going to fix it but I have too many projects and no time. Asking $3200 or best offer
