The Beck- Arnley pumps are very good pumps, OE design and quality, the one listed in the auction is a BA pump, so it should give years of problem free service.

Ebay or not, stay away from GMB pumps, rumor has it that they are good, but Philip and I have had bad experiences with them. See this post

Seller is quoting a BA part number, but that may be an interchange number. I'd want confirmation that it's a BA part before assuming.

Price seems good.

Oh, lol you are right, its a BA part number listed, I thought it said the part number was a BA 131-1946, my mistake

Yes I would make sure its a BA or Airtex pump before buying it as well.

Hi there, my water pump has developed a small leak - must be the seal. i'm thinking to replace it. have you bought the aftermarket water pump from ebay? are they good? or should i stick with a genuine Nissan pump? but I hear Nissan parts are a bit pricey...

I bought one off e-bay several yrs ago, but is still on the shelf. I bought a couple from a local auto supply, and had good luck with those. don`t know what the brand is. I do remember they were just bare steel and I painted them.

My original one, lasted 180K miles. and these after mkt have been as good.
Anything from a dealer is pricy.
