What a great site, can't believe I didn't come across it sooner.

I have done few LD 28 conversions and I love the simplicity and reliable of the proven LD 28.
I have run it for over 8 years in my truck and always wished for a bit more power on these long steep hills we have here on west coast, so my latest conversion includes turbo with a intercooler.
I have been testing it since August , the turbo is a bit too big and doesn't kick in till about 1900-2000 rpm, but when it does, oh boy
day and night.

Has any one else turbo their LD 28?

I brought up this forum in November, 2005, so it hasn't been around all that long

I want to talk to you!

I am planning on putting one of my LD28s and L4N71bs in another rig someday.

West coast? Your profile doesn't say. Australia? US? Canada? We have members all over.

Yes, member dslsmoke has. See this post on his.

I'd really be interested in seeing your intercooler plumbing. You can upload pics here.

All of my conversions were in a Land Rover,
Four in my family and few for people who liked what I did.

I live on west coast of Canada, Vancouver BC

I will take some pics over the weekend and post them
