i've got a stock ld28 in my range rover classic. i really need more power so i'm going to turbocharge it.
what is a good sized turbo to use?
i'm thinking that getting one from a same ish sized turbo diesel engine would be a good start. td27t turbo or maybe one off of a mitz pajero or isuzu etc.
but... i have a good used gt28r roller bearing turbo off of a s15 200sx 2litre 16v engine. it's roller bearing so should spool up quickly, but it's good for 300+bhp on a high reving petrol engine and i only want 150bhp?
so, if i sell the gt28r what should i be looking for?
what size turbo for a ld28?
