well I'm not sure what I did or how. but #2 is pushing a fine mist of oil out. this explains the 3 cylinder starting again hot or cold. the injectors helped but I didnt get much testing in before I noticed my frame damage. so I either cracked a piston or somehow managed to get piston ring gaps stalled together. but how the rings could meet being 180degrees apart on install is beyond me.
i think its time to push the nissan diesel into the pile lol... if i keep this thing rolling its going cummins. so this is prolly where this thread ends

Re: ka24e to sd25t 4x4 swap
ok so ive been doing some reading and i think i will build the sd25 again. but im going to change a few more things. im goin to switch to the td27t VE injector pump # 10F2050RNP752 this will help with a few things. 1 being timing. 2 being an egt drop from proper timing on boost which should result in more reliable power. I also plan to drop my egt level considerably more to 1100F max. I will determine the engine part failure soon.
the truck has now been swapped to a td27T from the terrno. and Im mid way through re-wiring the truck with a plug and play harness. so if anyone wishes to have a td27t swapped into there truck I will be able to cut down the factory vehicle harness to - power/ ground/key power/ key start. so this motor could be dropped into any vehicle with only moderate electrical ability on the installers part.

Re: ka24e to sd25t 4x4 swap
Hi i am new to the forum, i am currently in the middle of doing a z24 to sd25 swap into a 720 4x4 and have to make a new oil pan. If you still have the dimensions of the stainless one you built that would save me alot of work and messing around. Thanks

I still have the CAD file for the oil pan somewhere. Are you axle swapping? I realize extremely delayed reply hahaha
