This lady sounds like she's looked into diesels a little and has posted some spec's for various motors. I haven't asked about the sources. One interesting line is the SD33 weight listed as 650 lbs. dry. I know this engine is a different design than the LD28, but how much heavier can it be? The LD28 must weigh somewhat that same..

Queried the lady and she said the info is miscellaneous - factory specs when available but many datum gleaned from notes by people involved in using the engines and/or shipping them.
