Leaking Oily substance out of the Right Rocker Panel on a 1982 Station Wagon Diesel Maxima

Looks like one of the various lines goes into the Front Frame "rail" near the Front Tire and Exits from the Body near the Right Rear Tire.

Rear Brake line is closest to the Frame rail on the outside Left Frame Rail, not the right frame rail - ANYBODY HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THIS IS ?

Gas might be leaking from your tank and mixing with grease making oily goo possibly?

Doesn't look like Fuel Line ( Diesel ), Brake Fluid doesn't seem to be disappearing, Right Floorboard is wet sometimes,

Oily Substance does not have a smell that I can discern, haven't tried yet to see if it will burn.
