I would like to hear all that I can about your fueling.

The turbo and hardware I can figure out. But on the fuel I am stumped. I see you are still running the throttle body?

I remove all things inside of throttle body, just stay the outside body... just to grab the intake pipe...

About fuel pump, 1º i remove the mechanical fuel pump a and add a BMW 4 bar electric fuel pump.... it self, gives more power ;)

Then i remove the throttle diafragm inside pump, and make a custom throttle system, to accelerate directly form the throttle pedal... i can take a picture...

Then i add lot of debit of injection to have more exhaust pressure...

the only problem is the compression ratio, its blow with heat gastket, so now i buy a Sd23 head gasket, is more thick and its full steel...

brand new stock gasket

and new one

yes! please take as many pictures as you can. i am very interested. all of my reading on turning these engine up hallways had problems with running the throttle body. I figured there had to be a way to hook throttle cable directly to the pump.

yes yes. I see you added a lever to reverse the cable from pulling to pushing for fuel. Made your own little bracket for the cable.

Tell me did you gut the diaphragm? Or just leave it in place to keep dirt out. Did you have to add any springs or are the return springs internal?

no nothing, i take off every things inside, my objective is take maximum fuel and power, so i need the maximum play from the control rack, because in 100% of play of control rack, i only got idle upper 30% maybe 40% of play from 0%... you know what i mean?
