is it possible to run AC and power steering on a 720 diesel?

Does any one know if it is possible to run AC and power steering on a 720 diesel? I already have AC on the truck and was not sure it it is an either or type of situation. It drives good without it but it would be nice to have in the parking deck and our sorry gravel (read mud pit) driveway/dirt road.

My truck has factory ac. I have purchased parts for power steering but have not installed yet.
