Heater core for 82 720

Can I use one from an 82 gas 4x4 to replace the one in my 82 4x2 sd22 diesel?
I'd guess that all the heater cores are the same, 1981-86.5

Yup, Nissan FAST says it's the same part No. from 0679 to the end of the 720 production run, so Yes.
