Bone Spear Necromancer
The Bone Spear Necromancer has been one of the most iconic builds since launch - and now, one of the hardest hit.
Key Nerfs:
Fortify generation drastically reduced across multiple skills and passives:
From 3% → 0.1% (Skeleton Mage)
From 5% → 0.2% (Necrotic Carapace)
From 2.5% → 0.5% (Drain Vitality)
Major nerfs to synergy with Blood Wave through Kessime's Legacy and Indira's Memory.
Impact:
Pure caster Necromancers feel significantly squishier. While minion builds with Kalan's Edict remain viable, Bone Spear's burst and sustain are both diminished. You'll need to rethink positioning and rely on Blood Surge or Minion hybrid setups to stay competitive in endgame.
Whirlwind Barbarian (Fortify Setup)
The Whirlwind Barbarian, once a near-immortal spinning fortress, has been brought down to mortal status.
Key Nerfs:
Fortify from Bash (Enhanced): 20% → 10% of Maximum Life.
Iron Skin (Enhanced): 30% → 10%.
War Cry (Enhanced): 15% → 8%.
Thick Skin (Passive): 0.6% → 0.1%.
