Diesel pick-up adaptor takes the diesel fuel line pulse, converts it into an electrical pulse and routes it through a wire loop.
This tester is previously owned in great condition overall and comes in plastic pack with clamp shown.
At $100 with no bids, this is a good price. These sell for about $300 new. I already have one, or I'd be bidding on this one.

It looks like the clamp and pickup for the fuel line are included, but it is sort of hard to tell from the picture.
