in case anybody was wondering, i just got too busy with the farm work to carry on with my truck. its a bummer because i need the truck to do some of the work. the mechanic who has the head is a busy one too i guess. he said he'd help to finish the job, but the weeks go by.... we're almost done with the fall busywork here and hopefully i'll get back to it sooner rather than later.

not sure what to do
man oh man... i gave up asking the nissan experienced mechanic when he expects to offer me a hand, a long time ago. i looked under the hood a few weeks ago only to discover a slightly rusty block surface, and some rat shit in the cylinders. so i cleaned it up a bit and oiled it too.
im not sure where to take this now. another guy has offered to help. we'll see if he comes.
i wonder if i shouldnt just swap motors with my parts truck, which supposedly only needs a head gasket?
or perhaps scrap the whole thing. its been said that im crazy to keep spending $$ on this, but im not the type of guy to just go throwing vehicles away becuase they quit working.
i just thought id chime in here and say whats up with my truck.
i hope the new year finds all of you well
