For a factory-fit relay, I'd pay that, plus shipping.
You can, of course, buy much higher capacity relays for about the same amount, but you'll have to adapt the mounting (hole spacing, etc.) and at least the trigger wire.
A "Ford starter relay" should probably not be used, as it's rated intermittant duty and I don't know just how intermittant that is. It would work for quite a while though (if you bought a good quality "Ford starter relay" anyway). I might use a Ford-style relay on a 720, but maybe not on an LD28 (50% higher current draw at least). It would probably work fine on the early, slow-glow 720 SDs (81-82).
In practice, I haven't seen a bad OEM GP relay yet, not in a Nissan. Plenty of bad Bosch relays in MB and VW diesels though.
BTW: Bosch relays division was bought out by Tyco a while back.
