MB OM621 1.9l diesel engine + trans

Buy it, sell it, negotiate, haggle, drag it out from under the workbench or behind the garage and make it someone else's problem!

Is anyone interested in an old MB 190D engine? A local who knows I work with old diesels offered this to me yesterday -- I didn't buy it, but though I'd pass it along if someone is interested. History unknown, in "dry" storage, with 4-spd manual trans.

Note the pneumatic governor IP, that MB was using up through (I think) the 220D in the early 70's.

Located in Port Townsend, WA 98368. Could be had for cheap. These got good fuel mileage in their day (approx 1961-65).
