The bore of a SD25 is 89 MM and the stroke is 100 MM. The FSM sates the cylinder bore of the block as 92 - 92.020mm and that the bore of the liner should be 89.00mm to a max of 89.030 (depending on what grade of liner you install, they list 3) I do not have a FSM for a SD22 but perhaps someone out there with one can see what the block diameter is for one of those. Also! The block height for a SD 25 is 268mm +/- 0.002mm. That measurement is taken from the bolting surface of the upper main bearing to the top of the block. The piston pin hole for an SD25 is 25.992 - 26.00. I am not certain what the SD22 pin hole is and, even if the stroke of both engines are the same that may be a point to consider as well. As it appears that the liner thickness is only 3mm (approx) I doubt very much that the block bores are the same between the two engines. ,,,,,,,,,,, IMO.
I am sure that I will be corrected if I am mistaken.
Hope this helps.
