how do i get more fuel out of my kikki pump?
i just got a datsun with an sd22 and ill be fitting a turbo in the next couple days so ill need some more fuel to go with it how do i get more fuel out of the pump?

Not knowiing how many miles on the engine or it's condition etc etc I would start conservative with 5 - 7 lbs and see if it will handle it. Too much may just cause a lot of blow by, heat, smoke, oil pan failure and other drama etc.
I would put an EGT guage on it as well and keep an eye on that.
I believe, depending on the year, that is a 3 main bearing engine as well so might want to consider that too

I believe most of, if not all of the SD22's were 3 main bearing engines. I did not mean to imply that these engines could not take turbo charging

ha ha i go to that thread to look at the picture every time i get on the computer since i got my truck. ill start off slow but if i cant end up with enough power to deive it on the freeway ill probly end up with an sd33 in it. i really like the look of a mini truck with a nice clean flat bed and paint lowered just a little bit so im going to keep this truck and keep it a diesel just not sure if it will be an sd22. well see
