Rebuilt injectors-copper seal issue.

One copper washer seal will not come out.
I have read every thread i can find on this site. Tried all the ideas.

I have spent hours trying to remove the forth injector (last) copper washer seal .It will not come out. Two came out easily, the third was difficult but i got it. I have spent hours just on the last copper seal.
I am ready to reassemble and leave it in. For that cylinder, i am planning to use the larger copper washer to help get a good seal.

I expect this is considered a bad way to go, but i see no other alternative now.

I've gotten them out by heating the washer with a 00 tipped oxy-acetylene torch to soften it and then threading a long bolt into its hole. Then pulled it out.
