She have a loooooot of much power! she drift in top speed with 4º gear, with 2 bar pressure... but the headgasket failed.. to bad Now i will put reforced headgasket and i hope she lives more time

Related topic. Rebuilding a marinized SD22, head gaskets are easy, but head bolts... Where do you source yours. Also if have a preferred head gasket that would be great.
My guess is your rebuilding a modified engine that was used in a boat/ship, is this correct?
I have a turbocharged SD25 engine that in stock form put out 71hp, my guess it is putting out closer to 120hp now, as far as I know it has a stock head gasket and stock head bolts as I bought the engine with a backyard turbo on it that was way too big for the engine and it would not build any real boost, it is a SD25 engine though, as far as I know they all came with turbo pistons stock, SD22 engines did not have turbo pistons except possibly the ones in a SD33 engine with a special injection pump made for the turbo version.
I have seen slightly over 20psi boost in the past, but after 7 or 8psi I did not notice more difference in pull from 7psi and 20psi, so I set my turbo to not make more than 10psi, since then it appears to unload at 7psi or 8psi, I did this to make the engine last longer.
I use stock Nissan head gaskets(sandwich type metal gaskets), my engine has been turbocharged for 8 or 9 years now, have not blown a head gasket so far, but I am not beating it like someone who races engines, and I have an EGT gauge, I never let it get above 1400 degrees, and I spend 90+ percent of the time below 1200 degrees, them long uphill pulls at 60mph+ are tough, keeping it under 1200 degrees is a challenge.
