Get a place like http://www.photobucket.com fro free hosting.
Once they are uploaded you will see 3 url links, image, url, and embed or something like that. Then left click on which ever link you want to use and it will copy, then paste in message body.
If you already have your own host, hilight the url, then click on the IMG box in the line below the subject line of the message.
