water pump pulley

Is the LD28 water pump pulley the same as the L24? I got a new water pump and noticed that the old one had a two pulley unit that somehow pressed on to the pump shaft? I cant get it off...and the new one has 4 bolt holes? I think I can get away with one belt at the pump pulley but I need a new one? There are a few NOS ones on ebay and a couple used off a 280Z. Thanks Gordo
