What were the original dimentions?

SD diesels were widely available in the US in the 1981-86 Datsun/Nissan 720 pickups, and in Canada through '87 in the D21 pickup.

I found out that the coolant hose I,m looking for runs to the main oil cooler. Can anyone tell me the orignal dimentions of that hose, that way I can order one. So far all the hoses I can find online are radiator top and bottom hoses and wter pump ones.
