The clatter and chatter was due to the clutch assembly.Pressure plate bearing pilot bearing and clutch.I replaced the clutch 5000 miles after the transmission was rebuilt and noise and chatter went away.Parts were ordered from the dealer. The aftermarket parts produced a heavy clutch feel, chatter when hot, clatter when hot and abnormal shifting. Now with the oem parts its as good as new no noises no clatter no chatter when hot and a pedal as smooth as silk.Wow original parts do make a diffrence.
Again the clutch assembly was replaced when the overhaul was done with aftermaket parts. What a mistake.
I love my car!!
