Auction 300236533159, ends Jul-01-08 18:10:16 PDT
. . . the rest of the car will be parted out, please inquire about the rest of the parts. The motor still runs and started right up this afternoon. Motor is possibly already spoken for. 5 speed transmission and the rest of the car is available.
If the "spoken for" motor has the MT flywheel and backplate left behind, that may be valuable for some of you retrofitters who need to mate the LD28 to a MT.

Relisted

Anybody else notice that it has the rear wiper? I've seen it mentioned in manuals, but this is the only time I've seen pictures.

I've never heard of the Sedan having a rear wiper, and that picture seems to show a piece of weatherstripping from the cover sitting on the roof.

It certainly would be more likely on a wagon, but even that is not real common. I couldn't find anything in the manual that is conclusive one way or the other. Looking at the picture again, you're probably right Al. Oh well, anybody want to see my Bigfoot pics?

So far, I haven't seen a Gen1 Maxima Wagon that didn't have a rear wiper.

Nissan FAST lists 910s with and without A/C, and with and without PS, but they must be the rare ones, in North America, anyway.

The 910 Bluebirds in Japan (and probably australia, etc.) had them on the sedans.

The wiper in the picture looks mounted...I'm curious about it now.

Seller does not want to sell centercaps, you'll have to also buy the wheels + caps as a assembly later down the road cause hes using the wheels for a rolling chassis. Coulda went for some fresh centercaps though.

I think its a piece of weatherstripping, it looks like it has a little curvature and twist to it in the photo.
