So that is the exact manifold that allows you to potentially turbocharge an LD28 engine if you desire? Pretty cool looking manifold I have to say and looks like it will mount up to the diesel engine without much hassle. Do you guys think where the turbocharger is mounted is a good design given it's mounted at about the #4 piston/exhaust outlet?

I've got one listed for sale further down the page if you're interested Salvy. I have it listed at $75 shipped, but I would deal on it if you wanted it.

That's what dslsmoke did.

He says only minor mods needed.

I don't think it much matters where, in relation to which cylinder, the turbo mounts. I've seen turbos mounted in many different mounting locations.

That manifold definitely isn't a header, I admit

I'm a bit PO'd that these two came up for sale right after I bought mine!

Ben, I appreciate your offer on the manifold but I don't plan on turbocharging my car any time soon given the amount of miles it has on it. You are providing a good price to boot though and I wouldn't complain at all. I'll keep you in mind in the future in case I change my mind. Thanks.

I was hoping that someone here might want it, so I thought I'd give the "family" a chance first.

I will probably post in on eBay in the next day or two.

The second eBay manifold sold for $75 (shipped). So that's three within the last three weeks that have sold at that level: seems to be the going rate, and I've got a line on a Seattle-area one for $75 + shipping, another for $100 and I pull it (forget it).
