I am selling this pickup to settle the estate of my late father-in-law. He owned and drove this little truck regularly for about 11 years (1992-2003) until he wrecked it. He claimed he got 35-38 MPG on the highway with it. The front end suffered significant damage, the radiator core support is bent, but there is still water in the radiator. THIS TRUCK IS A VERY AMBITIOUS PROJECT, OR WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE AS A DONOR FOR A RUSTED OR OTHER PICKUP NEEDING A DRIVETRAIN. The interior shows use.. seats are dirty and torn. The truck is not drivable and will have to be trailered or dollied. That's all the bad news. Here is the good news. The truck has under 120K on the odometer. It was maintained by someone who knew how to take care of his vehicles. And.... THE PICKUP IS VIRTUALLY FREE OF RUST. I did not examine the truck closely, but other than some fade on the paint, there is no rust-through, and if any rust exists, it is surface rust only. It spent all of its life in DRY WEST TEXAS and, after it was damaged, was stored inside an airplane hangar, where it currently resides. The bed, cab, and drivetrain should all be usable. The doors open and close freely. Additionally, there is a camper shell mounted on the bed that will be included in the sale. The purchaser will be provided with a negotiable title to this pickup. The vehicle is located approximately 60 miles from Lubbock, Texas. Storage of the vehicle is possible for a reasonable amount of time after the sale. Please contact me if you have any questions. DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF LIGHTING IN THE HANGAR WHERE IT IS STORED, I HAVE NO PHOTOS.

I am sceptical of the mileage claim; a CarFax report would be in order if the price went very high. And, of course, Seller does not claim that it is a runner. Still, could be a bargain if the circumstances were right.
