What's with all the Diesel KC's all of a sudden? I look for months and barely see any and now it looks like everyone is selling theirs. This is for sure the most expensive one I've seen. No photos in the listing.

With no photos, the old sage "If it sounds too good to be true..."

One can always negotiate a lower price or walk away.

I think "ready for grease conversion" is code for 'needs fuel system work.'

In order to command that price, it'll need to be exceptional, like one-owner low miles always stored inside, or a radical custom, or a really nice package of accessories. The SD22 alone won't sell it at that price. Not even on eBay.
