can anyone tell me where I can find the bolt and banjo fitting for the inlet fuel line to the injection pump? Dealer no longer has them.

You might be able to find something from a hydraulic fitting supplier, but you're going to need to know the diameter and thread pitch. A diesel injection shop might also be able to help. I'm away from home for a couple weeks, or I'd take some measurements.

I don't have a spare from a Kiki-Diesel. An diesel injection shop that services Bosch VE IPs will have one. Come to think of it, I have a VW VE IP on my bench at work, a core that Steve sent me over a year ago just to play with. I'll try to remember to look to see if the fitting is still attached tomorrow.

But you should be able to come up with that from a shop that works with the VE-style IPs. It's even possible that the fitting from the rear of the vacuum pump might work (and I have a couple spares of those) but as Matt mentioned, we'd need to try to have you measure the diameter of the hole on yours, and use a metric thread pitch gauge on the threads.

I do not have my metric thread pitch gauge here at work (or a suitable 12mm bolt), but the threads on the scrap VW Bosch VE IP I have here sure look like they're 12mmx1.5. The fitting itself is missing on this core.

So, you can likely get this off of any old VE IP, JY or otherwise.
