No pics. Port Angeles is about one hour west of me. With a lie like "50 MPG" form an SD full-frame pickup, I'm not inclined to go look at it.

I emailed the seller my phone number when it was $600, never got a reply. Interesting that the price went up by $100 and the reported fuel mileage dropped. By the time this dog sells it will be $1500 and getting 35 mpg. LOL

I don't know that it's a dog, but I'm not buying 45 MPG. 40, yes: Philip has gotten there several times, so it can be done.

Congrats on getting an '82 (over an '81). Better fuel filter. Do your homework on the trans, if you haven't already: change the oil often.

Bill, I just read your profile, see you are in the business. I was writing the above for a less-educated audience, take no offense.

The FS5W71b trans has front brgs that are too low capacity for the SD's torque. Nissan increased the dia of one of them in '85 or so, due to the high failure rate. See this thread for more info (not my best writing, I'm afraid, but the info is there).
