WTB: double groove crank pulley for sd22

I don't have a spare, but there are pics of what I think you're looking for at the bottom of this post.

Have you pulled one? Do you know how to pull one? I haven't got a good idea on how to get it off. The one I pulled, I had a very hard time getting it off the crank (in addition to the massive torque it took to remove the nut from the crank).
