Admin out of town 21-Dec to 28-Dec

Traveling to SoCal to visit Dad & wife. If the server dies during that time, it'll stay dead until I return.

In the past year, one or another of the server software parts has died six or so times (IP updater, MySQL daemon, and one core dump). Hardware failure: one (power supply), and the rest were power outages beyond UPS battery capacity. It's fair odds it'll stay running while I'm gone, but no guarantee.

While I'm on the road (two days there, two or possibly three days back) there will be the usual buttload of spam "members" registering. I'll clean up after them as I have computer access at either end -- I don't carry a laptop with me on these trips.
