Note that this unit is not a bolt-on for the LD or SD series engines, due to the linkage assys. being on the off side.

I bought two NOS LD28 IPs from an eBay seller several years ago for about your asking price (that is: I paid $800 for the pair); it's all a matter of finding the right seller.

That unit has the top cover with the boost compensator that would be ideal for turbo conversion of an LD or non-US SD w/VE IP.
