SD33 / TD27 in a Nissan 720??

Has anyone heard of an instance of an SD33 or a TD27 installation in a 2x Nissan 720 pick up?

I haven't. I know that putting the LD28 (Six) into the 720 requires both firewall and core support mods.

OTOH, the SD33 ought to bolt up to the 720 FS5W71b trans. It would be interesting to know how the SD33 motor mount location (distance from the bellhousing mating surface to the motor mount) varies from the SD22.

I have d21 hard body, sd-33 will not fit. The sd-33 was only put in nissan patrol class. They have longer front end then d21 hard body. They will fit in any car or truck body that could hold I-6 like GM's 250

AFAIK, the SD22 & SD33(T) share the same bellhousing bolt pattern.

Of course the SD33(T) will not fit in a 720 nor D21, it's 50% longer! People have done it. Someone put an LD28 in a 720 too. Firewall mods were required.
