1) 1982 Nissan Maxima diesel sedan 5-speed. Runs great - starts right up even after months of sitting. The car is complete but the body and interior are in awful condition. I was drawn to the LD28 with 5-speed and purchased for some awesome future project that never came to fruition. You know how that goes. I drove it around a bit and it could possibly be driven home with a little work. I pilfered the grill and wheels/tires for #2 below and the rear brakes were 'disabled' by the prior owner so you're pretty much on your own if you want to get it back on the road... It's a real piece of work. I am running short on space so the whole car is available this week for $850 so long as I do not have to do any work beyond demonstrating it's running condition. If it does not sell as a complete car, or if someone needs any specific parts, I will pull the motor this Saturday and will sell parts the following week. What remains will go to the scrap yard by Thanksgiving. I do not recall the mileage, but it did not seem high - I'd estimate <150k but I can consult the odometer if someone is serious.
2) 1984 Nissan Maxima wagon converted to diesel with a Maxima diesel LD28 and diesel AT. Starts right up and runs and drives pretty well. Has a manual push-button for the glow-plugs and (as noted in this forum some months back) does not contain every diesel piece as part of the conversion. Work was completed about 10 years ago pruportedly using an 80k mile drivetrain into this chassis with a little over 100k miles. It then sat outside. The interior is reasonably sound as is the body/engine but it could use some cleanup. I recently replaced the windshield and fuel filter. Issues I can recall. 1) Transmission 'park' setting does not lock the trans. 2) Driver's power window sticks - only rolls down a couple inches, 3) center console is pretty cracked up, 4) right-rear tail light has some corrosion and intermittent lighting, 4) Needs some sorting. I planned on sorting it out and using it myself but it is available for $1800 as it sits. Aside fromt he taillight flakiness, I'd be comfortable driving this a few hundred miles with nothing more than checking fluids and wiper blades and ensuring my AAA membership is current.
3) Nissan SD22 engine. Recieved with another 1-owner pickup. Disassembled for refresheming when the original owner got a good-used engine for his 200k mile 720 pickup. I'll take $350 for everything or let me know if you need specific parts.
