I put a sd33 in my jeep..I need to know what the wire off the injector pump do...

If you can, take a minute to modify your profile so we know where you're located.

My guess is that the wire from the IP is for the pump stop solenoid, but since I don't know where you live, there could be other wires as well.

Can you post of picture of what you're asking about?

I haven't seen an inline IP with a stop solenoid. Even the non-pneumatic-governor ones don't have one. Perhaps an idle-up solenoid?
